Refund policy

• Google Play and the App Store: refunds are handled by the store under its own policy.
• Web (Midtrans): request within 14 days of purchase from the Contact page, if the book has not been opened or there is a technical problem.
• Once a refund is approved, access to that book or pass is removed.
